My Story

I’ve always been involved in sport, from dance and swimming to karate, and movement has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. While training as a sports therapist, I was also working as a dance teacher, supporting my students when they became injured. I saw many of them being sent to doctors and given generic exercises that simply didn’t work for their athletic bodies or demanding lifestyles. That experience really opened my eyes — they weren’t being fully understood. It’s what inspired me to start my own business. I wanted to offer personalised, movement-focused care that considers the individual, their activity level, and their day-to-day life. Although I have a strong background working with active and athletic people, my clinic is for everyone. Whether you train hard, move for fun, or just want to live more comfortably day to day, I’m here to help you feel better, move freely, and live fully.

Sports Massage

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a gentle yet powerful treatment designed to support your body’s natural healing process.

Using very fine, sterile needles placed at specific points, acupuncture helps to reduce pain, ease inflammation, and restore balance within the body. It works by stimulating the nervous system, improving circulation, and encouraging the release of natural pain-relieving chemicals.

Cupping

Cupping therapy is a deeply relieving treatment that helps release tight, restricted areas within the muscles and fascia.
